There’ll soon be a new place to get your hands dirty and eat some crab in Cobb County.

The Juicy Crab is opening a Kennesaw location and made many hires during its three-day open house earlier this week but are holding another Monday in hopes of finding workers for the back of the house.

That’s according to Todd Strickland, who works with the chain’s human relations staff. He said they want to hire between 20 and 30 cooks.

Strickland said those interested should bring resumes. He added that they’re still looking for some waiters, but the focus Monday is on cooks of all types with restaurant experience.

The open house will run form noon to 4 p.m. at the store, 2700 Town Center Drive location. Strickland said they expect to open within a month.

This will make for the eighth Georgia location, according to the chain's website.
