Sparkling water made from a North Georgia spring is steadily infiltrating the Atlanta market.

A year ago, when Montane Spring Water launched, it could be found at a few places around town. As its popularity has increased, so has its availability.

The company announced three new partnerships this week, adding to its roster select Kroger stores, Farm Burger and Chopt Creative Salad Co. restaurants.

“We strive to work with partners that share our belief in offering a natural, healthy product with sustainably sourced, local ingredients and want to grow with community-based brands,” said founder Hollis Callaway.

While Callaway met with the restaurants, distributor Savannah Distributing closed the deal with Kroger, a press release said. If the unflavored and flavored products aren’t in stock at a Kroger in Georgia, they should be available by request.

Montane, which is sourced from a quartzite spring in Pine Mountain Ridge, is also available at the newly renovated Hotel Clermont.

Further establishing itself, the company recently opened a sales and marketing office in Grant Park. It doubles as a meeting spot for local companies.
