Free job training offered in Cobb

WorkSource Cobb staff is using Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act funding to help pay for training needed by job seekers.

The free programs and training duration - from two weeks to 20 weeks - are:

Claims Adjuster Certification (insurance): two weeks
Life, Accident and Sickness Certification (insurance): two weeks
Property and Casualty Certification (insurance): two weeks
Forklift: two weeks
CDL Basic Tractor Trailer Training: three weeks
Certified Nurse Assistant: four weeks
Commercial Truck Driver Training: four weeks
Oracle Database Administration: 10 weeks
Certified Associate of Project Management Prep: 10 weeks
Project Management Professional Exam Prep: 14 weeks
Medical Billing and Coding: 14 weeks
Pharmacy Technician: 14 weeks
EKG/Phlebotomy Technician: 18 weeks
CISCO CCNA Certificate Program: 20 weeks
