On Friday, Dunkin' in Alpharetta is offering free coffee for one year to the first 150 customers.

The gift comes in celebration of the newly remodeled restaurant at 3630 Old Milton Parkway.

The 2,000 square-foot doughnut shop has a more modern interior with black and white décor, said Jessica Schmidt, with Dunkin’ communications.

“We always want customers to come in and stay a while,” said Schmidt. “We have charging stations and WiFi.”

Dunkin was redesigned with a cold beverage tap system to dispense iced coffee.

The brand has designated the Alpharetta store with conservation in mind, using special lighting and windows. It will save 25 percent more energy than a regular Dunkin’, said Schmidt.

The Old Milton Parkway location is owned by Stephen Attard and James Lakaris, who operate 43 Dunkin’ locations.
