Evander Holyfield in court over child support
Toi Jenese Irvin is seeking child support from former heavyweight boxing champion Evander Holyfield. Holyfield was in a Fayette County (Ga.) Superior Courtroom Wednesday to explain why he has failed to comply with the support agreement for the couple's soon-to-be 11-year-old son, one of his 11 children. Her lawyer has said they will seek jail time if Holyfield doesn't come up with a payment.
