The Dunwoody City Council will decide on a new logo during the meeting at 6 p.m. Monday in Council Chambers at Dunwoody City Hall, 41 Perimeter Center East, Suite 103. The council will receive a presentation from the design team showing an updated city website and brand re-design.

The council will also consider approval of an intergovernmental agreement with DeKalb County to allow for more joint water infrastructure projects. The new contract allows county approval and reimbursement that can be applied to any infrastructure project.

Calvin Smyre,  were on hand for unveiling of the first statue of Martin Luther King Jr. on Monday at the statehouse grounds, more than three years after Gov. Nathan Deal first announced the project.  During the hour-long ceremony leading to the unveiling of the statue of Martin Luther King Jr. at the state Capitol on Monday, many speakers, including Gov. Nathan Deal, spoke of King's biography.
