Delta Sigma Theta holds annual debutante ball
Twenty-eight young women will make their debuts this weekend during the 12th Annual Debutante Ball and Cotillion of the Stone Mountain-Lithonia Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority.
The event will be held Saturday at the Atlanta Airport Marriott Gateway hotel, 2020 Convention Center Concourse.
The theme for the 2011 debutante program is "A Budding Rose… Bright, Brilliant and Beautiful."
The debutantes are high school students from across who have demonstrated a commitment to community service and professional development.
