DeKalb County later this month will unveil a portrait of the late county commissioner Porter Sanford at the performing arts center that bears his name.
The event also includes a chance to join the Inaugural Circle by being the first 100 people to donate at least $100 to the center’s development fund.
The unveiling will be held at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 29 at the Sanford center, 3181 Rainbow Dr., near Decatur.
