DeKalb cops arrest man on murder charge in Kroger shooting

DeKalb County deputies arrested a man in the fatal Tuesday shooting outside a Kroger in Decatur.

Dra James, 27, faces a charge of felony murder, the department said Thursday. The Decatur man is accused of killing Jeremiah Flemister, also of Decatur.

An argument inside the Kroger spilled out into the parking lot at Memorial and Columbia drives. Officers said the shooting was captured on video surveillance.

K-9 and SWAT units arrested James at a home in Lithonia Thursday.
