DeKalb to auction surplus goods
Photos of surplus vehicles, bulldozers, old computers and office furniture that will be auctioned to help offset a $84 million dollar deficit. The goods are being held in three fenced-in yards and one warehouse near the DeKalb County Jail in Decatur.
