Time is winding down for prospective students interested in attending Kennesaw State University in 2020 to submit their applications.
The deadline to apply for spring semester admission is Dec. 1, the school said. KSU says the deadline applies to new students, including those who are freshmen, dual-enrolled students and transfer students.
Kennesaw State’s Office of Admission will also host events in December for dual enrollment and Honors College prospects, military veterans, adult learners, transfer students.
Kennesaw State's enrollment for fall 2019 grew by 6.7 percent to reach 37,807 students, which is higher than last year's enrollment of 35,420 students, according to numbers released earlier this month by the University System of Georgia.

KSU welcomed about 6,500 new freshmen students this fall, which is a 30-percent increase from last year, the university said.
Kennesaw State is the third-largest university in the state. Georgia State University ranks first with 53,619 students, and is followed by the University of Georgia with 38,920 students. Georgia Institute of Technology comes in fourth with 36,489 students.
