Dave Chappelle walked away from his successful Comedy Central show 12 years ago at the height of its popularity and has since been living here in Yellow Springs and keeping a relatively low profile.

Now, he is returning to TV with a new Netflix special. Watch the video above for a preview of Gayle King's rare, in-depth interview with Chappelle to air Monday, March 20, 2017 on "CBS This Morning."

“At the end of the day, ultimately, I feel good about what I did,” Chappelle told King. “It wasn’t easy. And I do not recommend it. But it worked for me.”
