The Cumming Aquatic Center has reopened, though with limited capacity and with swim lessons and facility rentals still suspended.

The Competition Pool is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Saturday, and the Instructional Pool, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday and 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday, according to an Aquatic Center announcement.

No more than 30 swimmers at a time will be allowed, for lap swimming only, in the Competition Pool; and 12 swimmers, for Adult Swim only, in the Instructional Pool. Entry will be first-come, first-served. The facility is closed Sunday; the Outdoor Leisure Pool is closed at all times.

All staff and guests will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms and have their temperatures taken upon arrival. There will be six-foot social distancing, face masks for staff, and only one swimmer or a family of four, all from the same residence, per Competition Pool lane.

Locker room changing areas are closed; restrooms and showers are open. Staff will clean and sanitize surfaces hourly or as needed. Information: https://bit.ly/3cUhCHN
