No one was injured when a crane collapsed Thursday afternoon in a Buckhead parking deck, according to a construction company working in the area.

The crane fell at a construction site on Roxboro and Kingsboro roads, temporarily blocking one lane of Roxboro Road.

“We have shut down the site to conduct a full accident investigation and determine the cause,” a spokeswoman for JE Dunn Construction said in an emailed statement.

Several workers were temporarily stuck in the parking deck, but were lowered to safety with the help of a firetruck’s ladder.
