Gloria Blalock watched as Justin Cox shot her 34-year-old daughter dead in a Marietta driveway.
That's what she told Channel 2 Action News soon after Cox allegedly killed her daughter, Felicia Miller, in November.
On Thursday, a grand jury indicted Cox on a count of malice murder among others, court records show.
“He stood right there and he looked me dead in my face and unloaded the gun again on her,” Blalock told Channel 2 at the time.
The family said Cox and Miller had three children together. She left two other kids behind.
A police warrant gives some details as to what happened Nov. 19.

Miller was in the passenger seat of a vehicle in the driveway of a home on Pin Oak Court.
“You’re gonna die (expletive)!” witnesses said Cox yelled before firing the gun several times at Miller.
Blalock said she tried to help her daughter.
“I said, ‘Felicia, breathe. Keep breathing’ and she was fighting,” she said. “I said, ‘Felicia, I know.’ I said, ‘I know’ and she kind of just went back.”

Police said Cox was arrested the next day on Campbellton Road in Atlanta.
He was a convicted felon, the warrant said, and was not allowed to have a gun.
Blalock said at the time of his arrest that she couldn’t forgive Cox.
“He’s a coward. He was a coward,” she said. “I hope God makes him suffer and makes him suffer dearly.”
