The Cobb County Board of Commissioners agreed unanimously Oct. 16 to approve four residential projects of 392 units.

A maximum of 316 townhomes and condominiums will be built at the southeast corner of Cumberland Parkway and Paces Walk with Ashton Atlanta Residential as the owner.
