The Gwinnett 101 Citizens Academy is accepting applications for the 2019 spring session which begins April 12 through June 26 and the fall session which runs from Aug. 30 through Nov. 27. Gwinnett 101 sessions meet from 6 to 9 p.m. on Thursday evenings.
Gwinnett 101 is a 12-week program (including an orientation session and graduation) offered twice each year that aims to develop, and nurture informed and engaged residents, students, and business owners.
Participants will have a behind-the-scenes look at how Gwinnett government works to provide services to the community. Those who take part in this program will interact with leaders in county government, visit county facilities, and build a network with others who live, work, and learn in Gwinnett County.
