A leading diaper company is making its marketing and advertising more inclusive thanks to a photoshoot in metro Atlanta.

Comfees, a personal care brand that also makes training pants and youth pants, partnered this week with the Atlanta-based National Down Syndrome Congress. A photoshoot held Thursday in Chamblee will kick off a national marketing campaign featuring children with Down syndrome, according to a statement from the NDSC.

Comfees will become “one of only a handful of companies that will fully utilize the inclusion of individuals with intellectual disabilities into their marketing efforts,” the statement said.

The campaign will launch early next year, with pictures from Thursday’s photoshoot used on Comfees packaging and in print and online advertisements.

Families gathered at Factory Atlanta in Chamblee on Thursday for the special shoot.
