The DeKalb Chamber of Commerce is set to celebrate five new people added to its board of directors.

At the 81st annual meeting Monday, the chamber will recognize Virgil Fluud, assistant general manager for external affairs at MARTA ; Tavarez Holston the president of Georgia Piedmont Technical College; Deana Levett, the vice president, the director of marketing and advertising for Gregory B. Levett & Sons Funeral Home; Rukiya Thomas, the vice president and senior regional business development and strategy director for Atkins; and Fabian Wilson, the vice president and commercial banking relationship manager for BB&T.

Meeting attendees will also hear from Ryan Millsap, the CEO and chairman of Blackhall Studios, which is the largest purpose-built studio in metro Atlanta. Millsap will deliver a keynote about the impact of film and entertainment in DeKalb County and Georgia.

The event at Atlanta Evergreen Marriott Conference Resort in Stone Mountain is scheduled to start at 11:30 a.m. Monday. It costs $150 for members and $175 for nonmembers.
