Campbellton Road Corridor to be examined

Atlanta City Councilwoman Keisha Lance Bottoms and the office of planning will hold two community meetings to seek community input on proposed zoning changes along the Campbellton Road corridor in order to implement the recommendations from the adopted Campbellton-Cascade Corridors Redevelopment Plan of 2006.

The plan calls for the transformation of Campbellton Road from a car-oriented corridor with isolated land uses into a pedestrian-friendly, mixed-use neighborhood.

Both meetings will be held at 6 p.m. on Dec. 7 and Dec. 13 at Mount Carmel Baptist Church, 2755 Campbellton Road, S.W.
