Residents who move into an apartment community that will open this summer along the Chattahoochee River in South Cobb will have a unique lineup of restaurants within their reach.
Reformation Brewery, Chattahoochee Coffee Company and Grand Champion BBQ will open at The Eddy at Riverview Landing, a 310 luxury apartment community within an 82-acre mixed-use development under construction.
Reformation Brewery will set up shop in 2,400 square feet of space at the street level at The Eddy. Based in Woodstock, Reformation Brewery has grown in popularity in the metro Atlanta craft beer scene.
“The Eddy at Riverview Landing is the ideal location for the next chapter of Reformation Brewery,” Spencer Nix, co-owner of Reformation Brewery, said in a statement. “This pristine riverfront setting and dynamic, bustling neighborhood will cultivate an exceptional environment for our brewhouse that aligns with our brand and creates moments that matter for our loyal customers.”

Anchored by a six-acre park and outdoor amenities such as multi-use trail, kayak launch, public dock and an outdoor music stage, The Eddy will have a variety of floor plans featuring stainless steel appliances, luxury hardwood plank flooring and high-end cabinets starting at $1,150 per month.
Residents will also have at their fingertips a pool, outdoor community theater, fitness center, dog wash and on-site bike storage.
