Board to vote on contractor for upgrades at Due West Elementary

The Cobb County Board of Education will meet Thursday to select a contractor for renovations at Due West Elementary School in Marietta. C.P. Richards Construction Co. Inc. of Lithonia is being recommended for a $252,000 award. The renovations will include replacing the fire alarm system, lighting and updates to the plumbing.
