A man was recently added to the Atlanta Police Department's "most wanted" list for two alleged back-to-back aggravated assault incidents that happened in September.
Mose Walker is accused of choking his girlfriend during a physical altercation in an apartment on Stone Road SW, according to a Sept. 12 incident report. He allegedly pointed a gun at her and threatened to kill her.
The victim’s mother told police she walked in on the fight and witnessed her daughter being choked. The 27-year-old man left after the mom pulled him away, the report says.
Police noted the victim had bruises and scratches “all over” her neck and arm.

While police were on the way to the Hidden Creste apartment complex regarding that call, they were contacted by a man there about a shooting. Three maintenance employees told police they were loading the complex’s garbage disposal when they saw a man — who police say was Walker — com ing toward them with blood on his nose.
He began to walk “aggressively” toward them and asked two questions — “What the (expletive) are you looking at?” and “Do you speak English?” — before firing a shot at them, the report says. The men were Hispanic.
The round landed on the ground and no one was injured. The employees said the suspect got in a car with a man who was dropping off his trash bag and left.
Anyone with information on the case may call Crime Stoppers at 404-577-8477. All callers can remain anonymous and are eligible for a cash reward up to $2,000 if their tip leads to an arrest and indictment.
