Canton’s Alfredo “Hot Rod Freddy” Quintero likes to ride low and slow.

This California native has built the perfect boulevard cruiser with his very cool 1975 Chevy Impala.

Dubbed “GQ,” this car has taken Quintero to numerous car shows, where he taken home more than a few trophies.

Recently,Quintero won first-place honors at the Hot Wheels Legends Tour when it rolled through Buford  last month.

Quintero’s car will inducted into the Hot Wheels Garage of Legends, a collection of one-of-a-kind cars and, if lucky, Mattel will use his car as a model for real hot Wheels toy.

“That would be something,’ he said. “That would be unbelievable.”

Like Quintero, there are so many people in metro Atlanta who love their classic cars.

From Fayette to Forsyth counties, these beautiful machines can be seen cruising the roads and highways of this state.
