Pancake Social, a concept from James Beard Award-winning restauranteur Anne Quatrano, was named in the magazine's annual list of "innovative food that's coming down the line," featuring Italian eatery Gianna in New Orleans and an unnamed joint from globally-recognized Mexican chef Enrique Olvera.
“The 150-seat indoor/outdoor all-day eatery” planned for Ponce City Market “will focus on breakfast and lunch fare—including unique pancake concoctions—plus coffee,” according to Vogue.
