More details are slated to be released Tuesday about the newly christened megadevelopment on Gwinnett County's Infinite Energy Center campus.
Few specifics about the 118-acre project now known as "Revel" — which will include restaurants and retail, office space, residences, a hotel and a "premium movie theater experience" — have been revealed. North American Properties, the project's developer, is also responsible for Alpharetta's popular Avalon development, as well as the revival of Atlantic Station and current efforts to redevelop Colony Square. Both of those developments are in Atlanta.
Revel is a public-private partnership between North American and Gwinnett County. The county owns the Infinite Energy Center and the land surrounding it.
North American plans to reveal the “brand and concept” behind Revel during a Tuesday morning breakfast with Partnership Gwinnett, an economic development arm of the county’s chamber of commerce.
