A nonprofit provider of DeKalb County mental health, addiction and developmental disability services has named a new chief human resources officer.

The DeKalb Community Service Board announced that Tia Plunkett-McQueen will take the job.

Plunkett-McQueen said in a statement that the board’s success will be fueled by a commitment to service delivery, innovation and employee engagement.
