The DeKalb County School District is seeking community input for the 2019-2020 Code of Student Conduct.

District officials are asking parents, guardians, staff and community members to help develop rules and regulations for students to follow for the upcoming year through input sent to the district through March 29. The Code of Student Conduct outlines policies on things including dress code, behavior, responding to student misconduct and other student responsibilities.

Channel 2's Carol Sbarge explains how students can succeed.

District officials said all comments should be sent to Kishia Towns, the director of the department of student relations, at Kishia_K_Towns@dekalbschoolsga.org or at the Department of Student Relations, 5823 Memorial Drive in Stone Mountain.
