A second member of the Johns Creek City Council has jumped into the race to replace outgoing North Fulton State Rep. Lynne Riley, a Repuiblican from Johns Creek.

Engineering design firm owner Brad Raffensperger has lived in the city since 1998 and has served on the council for the past three years. He joins fellow council member Kelly Stewart in announcing plans to run for the Georgia House District 50 seat.
