A former cast member of the reality TV show “Love & Hip Hop: Miami” has been arrested on felony charges of domestic violence, battery and kidnapping, according to reports.

Christopher Michael Harty was taken into custody about 2 p.m. Wednesday in Miami and remains jailed without bond, according to the U.S. Sun.

Authorities have not revealed the circumstances that led to his arrest, but NBC6 reports that Harty slammed and punched a woman who is believed to be his girlfriend.

The 31-year-old also faces charges of disorderly conduct and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, according to the outlet.

Prior to his arrest, Harty had announced on his Instagram page that he would hold a news conference for a celebrity boxing match Wednesday night.

Harty, who is also known Prince, was one of the show’s original cast members and appeared during the first two seasons beginning in 2018, according to his bio on Fandom.

Harty has a troubled past that includes several other arrests for minor crimes and a two-year bid in a juvenile facility, the bio says.

In November 2019, Harty was reportedly involved in a fight with Canadian rapper Tory Lanez at a Miami nightclub that left him with serious injuries, according to Complex. Harty sued Lanez the following year for unspecified damages.

On the show he billed himself as the “Fresh Prince of South Beach” while working as a model and rapper and indulging in a “party boy” lifestyle that regularly caused friction with his girlfriend.

Despite no longer being on the show, Harty has still been promoting his brand and making music. He released a new single just two months ago, the Sun reported.
