Peter Jacob Wagman, 37, was charged with domestic battery and pleaded not guilty. He was released from the Pinellas County Jail on Monday, according to court records.

According to a police report, Heather King woke up shortly before 5 a.m. Sunday at her Pinellas Park home and discovered she was covered in ketchup, allegedly poured on her by Wagman, her live-in boyfriend of 11 years, who was cursing at her. Earlier, the couple had argued about infidelity, the report said.

“That’s what you get, (expletive),” Wagman allegedly said, according to the police report.

Wagman told police he did not pour ketchup on King, but police said there were traces of the condiment on his pants, according to the report.

According to Pinellas County court records, Wagman is not allowed to have contact with King in person or through social media or electronic communication.
