Duluth police have identified the man who was shot and killed during a home invasion Wednesday morning.

Adam Schrier, 37, was pronounced dead at the scene, in the 2900 block of Summercrest Lane.

According to police, two men forcibly entered the home before 6:30 a.m., and during a robbery attempt, struggled with Schrier. During the struggle, a woman, a juvenile and Schrier were shot, according to a news release from Duluth police.

When police arrived at the scene, a second juvenile was found unharmed.

The investigation remains active, and Duluth police say anyone with information about the crime should call the Criminal Investigation Division at 770-476-4151.
