Cobb County police are investigating a shooting that left one man dead and another injured at a Mableton apartment complex Monday morning.
Officers responded to the Mableton Ridge complex on Mableton Parkway after gunfire was reported around 1 a.m., Channel 2 Action News reported. At the scene, they found two men who had been shot. One was declared dead at the scene and the other was taken to the hospital.
No further information has been released about the surviving man or the circumstances around the shooting. Police have not shared the identity of either man or said whether anyone else is involved.
