Atlanta police are investigating after an 11-year-old and an 18-year old were shot outside a Buckhead home.

The shooting happened about 8:30 p.m. Saturday in the area of Peachtree Avenue, Atlanta police spokesman James White said.

Both victims were shot twice, police said. The 11-year-old boy had a wound to his leg, and the 18-year-old man had gunshot wounds to his abdomen and arm, White said.

The boy was taken to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta at Egleston, and the teen was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital, he said. Both were alert and stable.

Police are still looking for the gunman or gunmen involved. Channel 2 Action News reported the victims, who are related, were with a group that was feuding with another group at school.

Investigators told the news station two or three males fired at the victims.

An investigation is ongoing.
