Woman seen running from Cobb home after deadly shooting, police say
An unidentified man was found dead Saturday evening inside a trailer at a mobile home park on Westside Drive.
Cobb County police are working to find a woman seen running from a home and yelling for help after a deadly shooting.
A man was found dead Saturday evening inside a trailer at a mobile home park on Westside Drive, just south of Marietta. He was shot multiple times, according to Cobb police.
Investigators arriving on the scene were told a woman was seen running from the trailer after the gunshots rang out. They have not been able to identify the victim or the woman, who is considered a witness, a police spokesman said Sunday.
The shooting remains under investigation. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Cobb County Crimes Against Persons Unit at 770-499-3945.
