A woman was found stabbed to death at a northwest Atlanta apartment complex on Sunday night.
Homicide detectives investigated the deadly stabbing at the Hollywood West Apartments off Hollywood Road and Milton Avenue. They believe the woman knew her attacker, Atlanta police spokesman Officer Anthony Grant said.
Her death appears to be a domestic-related incident, he said.
It is unclear if a suspect is in custody. No other details were released.
