Dashcam video of a police chase shows a Forsyth County deputy’s first PIT maneuver, which worked successfully and led to the arrest of a wanted man, authorities said.

John Ray Martin, 46, of Cumming, was arrested Thursday after the brief chase on Ga. 400, Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Doug Rainwater told AJC.com.

The sheriff's office posted the video of deputy Blake Couch's first PIT maneuver on Facebook, which can be seen here.

Martin faces two counts of aggravated stalking, one county of driving under the influence, possession of open alcohol container, reckless driving, attempting to elude officers and probation violation, according to Forsyth County Jail records.

Martin remains in the Forsyth County Jail without bond, jail records show.
