Atlanta police are seeking the people responsible for a deadly drive-by shooting in northwest Atlanta.

Rodregal Turner, 35, was killed inside his car Jan. 10 at the intersection of Baker Road and Woods Drive, Atlanta police homicide commander Lt. Charles Hampton said.

Turner was driving his Chevrolet Colorado when at least one person in a tan or gold Ford Crown Victoria or Mercury Grand Marquis shot him multiple times with an assault rifle, according to a news release.

Authorities released video of the incident Monday.

“We just need any help identifying the occupants of that vehicle,” Hampton said. “We believe that they fired the fatal shot.” A shooting also occurred in the area nearby, he said.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Atlanta police. Tipsters can also remain anonymous, and be eligible for rewards of up to $2,000, by contacting Crime Stoppers Atlanta at 404-577-8477, texting information to 274637 or visiting crimestoppersatlanta.org.
