The SWAT team investigated the tip with assistance from the Johns Creek Alpharetta Forsyth (JCAF) Drug Task Force.
Authorities executed a search warrant at the house, finding cocaine, THC oil and felony amounts of marijuana, according to the release. A “sizable sum” of cash and three firearms were also seized, with one of those firearms having been stolen out of Atlanta, according to the release.
The suspects each face counts of possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and possession of drug-related items, the release said.
Rushing and Francis face an additional cocaine trafficking charge, while Holmes faces a theft by receiving charge. Francis and Holmes were also charged with possession of THC oil with intent to distribute.
All three remain in the Forsyth County jail after being denied bond, jail records show.
