Fulton County police have identified two persons of interest in connection with a deadly shooting in the College Park area.

About 8 p.m. Thursday, someone shot Jermaine Payne as he walked into the Sierra Townhomes complex in the 2700 block of Godby Road, police spokeswoman Maureen Smith said in a news release.

“The unknown suspect stole his property and fled the area on foot,” Smith said.

Police have released surveillance photos of the persons of interest. Anyone with information about the case is asked to call police at 404-613-6600.

Tipsters can also remain anonymous, and be eligible for rewards of up to $2,000, by contacting Crime Stoppers Atlanta at 404-577-8477, texting information to 274637 or visiting crimestoppersatlanta.org.
