A Peachtree City woman is accused of molesting a child on multiple occasions in several Georgia counties, authorities said.
Brittany Shyanne Barber, 22, was arrested Tuesday on a count of child molestation, Peachtree City police Lt. Chris Hyatt told AJC.com. Additional charges are expected in this case.
The incidents began in 2019 and involve the same victim, Hyatt said. Barber and the victim know each other.
“That is all we can release at this time due to the ongoing and sensitive nature of the investigation,” Hyatt said.
She remains in the Fayette County jail without bond, according to online jail records.
