Two men accused of raping a 12-year-old boy, including one who is reportedly HIV-positive, were denied bond Monday, Channel 2 Action News reported.
Kelvin Armstrong, 38, and Kevin Walker, 46, face aggravated child molestation charges after Brookhaven authorities say they dragged the boy into an apartment in the 2700 block of Buford Highway on Jan. 30, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution previously reported.

“Once inside,” Brookhaven police Maj. Brandon Gurley said, “detectives believe that the child was held against his will and raped by the two men.”
Authorities on Feb. 2 arrested Walker, who police said is HIV-positive. In addition to aggravated child molestation, he faces charges of aggravated sodomy, aggravated sexual battery, kidnapping, enticing a child for indecent purposes, first-degree cruelty to children, reckless conduct by an HIV-infected person, and possession of methamphetamine.
Armstrong was arrested three days later on aggravated sodomy, aggravated child molestation and first-degree cruelty to children charges.
