A 21-year-old North Fulton man was hit by a vehicle and killed while walking on Ga. 400 South on Saturday morning.

The driver who hit him said the man was in a left lane near Sidney Marcus Boulevard, according to Atlanta police. The crash happened about 6 a.m., and the driver stayed to speak with investigators.

Responding officers found the pedestrian unconscious, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. He was identified by the Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office as Stephane Agan of Sandy Springs.

The incident is under investigation, according to police.
