A child was struck by a tractor-trailer in Gwinnett County on Friday afternoon, authorities confirmed.
Gwinnett police responded to a pedestrian accident on Hamilton Mill Road near Woodtree Lane.
The child was taken to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Egleston with non-life-threatening injuries, Channel 2 Action News reported.
No other information was released by police.
