A person is dead after a wreck involving a car and a tractor-trailer on a busy southside road Wednesday afternoon.

The wreck happened on Camp Creek Parkway just past the intersection with Campbellton Road in south Fulton County and shut down the road for hours, Channel 2 Action News reported.

The tractor-trailer ended up in a wooded area off the right side of the road, and a sedan was also involved. It’s unclear what happened before the crash.

The person killed in the wreck has not been identified and it’s unclear if anyone else was injured.
