A maintenance worker found a young woman’s body Wednesday morning near the swimming pool at a Roswell apartment complex, police said.

The body was discovered at the Atlantic Newtown apartments on Nesbit Ferry Road shortly after 10 a.m., Roswell police spokesman Lt. Noah Caplan told AJC.com.

Police have not released a cause of death, but authorities said there were “obvious signs of trauma.”

The woman is believed to be a teenager who was reported missing from Johns Creek on Tuesday evening, Channel 2 Action News reported.

Detectives have not made any arrests or named any suspects in the case.
