Atlanta police are investigating a Sunday afternoon robbery at a jewelry store at Greenbriar Mall in southwest Atlanta.

Officers responded to a business robbery call at the Shirin Jewelery store in the mall around 2:35 p.m., according to Atlanta police spokesman John Chafee.

He said two suspects entered the store. One of them fired one round into a display case to break the glass.

The suspects took several items from the display case and fled. No one was injured during the incident, Chafee said. Investigators are gathering evidence and working to identify the suspects.
