Former Falcon Jason Michael Snelling is in trouble again.

And this time it is more serious than his arrest 10 months ago. Gwinnett police said they arrested the 31-year Snelling again early Friday morning again on charges of driving under the influence, according to Channel 2 Action News.

He was stopped in the middle of an intersection, police said. He is already out of jail, according to online records.

The former running back was also arrested in September 2014 on charges of driving without a license and in November 2013 for possession of marijuana.

Snelling announced his retirement from the Falcons in March 2014 after seven seasons with the team. He ended his career with 363 carries for 1,420 yards with eight touchdowns and a career average of 3.9 yards per carry.

He also had 168 receptions for 1,249 yards and nine touchdowns.
