An 18-year-old man is the most wanted fugitive in East Point, police announced this week.

K’Vion Marche’ Valentine has active warrants stemming from a carjacking, a shooting and an armed robbery in the past 16 months, East Point police said. The man, who goes by the nickname “Blue,” is accused of being a member of the Crips gang, according to incident reports obtained by AJC.com.

The first crime Valentine has been tied to is an armed robbery on Jan. 20, 2019 at a Family Dollar store off Main Street, according to one of the reports. About 7:15 p.m., a woman was carjacked in the parking lot by three suspects, including one with a gun.

The armed suspect told her “hand over the keys, or I’ll blow your head off,” and she complied, the report said.

Valentine, who was 16 at the time, was identified as one of the suspects, police said. The other two were identified as 13-year-old students at Paul D. West Middle School in the report. Since they are still juveniles, other information regarding them was redacted, so it’s unclear if they were later charged and arrested.

On Oct. 6, Valentine is accused of shooting at a house in the 2800 block of Randall Street, hitting a juvenile twice in the stomach, according to a report. The victim told police he was playing video games in his room when he heard gunshots. The next thing he knew, he had been hit.

Police found six shell casings outside the home along with four bullet holes in the house’s wall and window. The victim was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital, where he eventually recovered.

The most recent incident was on March 27 about 10:45 p.m., according to a report. A man was robbed of his phone, keys, charger and wallet from an apartment in the 1800 block of Dunlap Avenue.

The victim said a man named “Blue” and his girlfriend hit him in the back of the head with a gun and stole his items, the report said.

Valentine’s girlfriend, identified as 18-year-old Fuji Allen, later returned to the apartment building and was arrested. She was booked into the East Point Jail on counts of armed robbery, aggravated assault, obstruction and possession of a controlled substance, police said.

Police did not say how investigators connected Valentine to the three incidents, but officers obtained 11 warrants for his arrest. The charges consist of counts of aggravated assault, armed robbery, hijacking a motor vehicle, home invasion, battery and firearm possession.

Valentine is considered armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information about him is asked to contact detectives at 404-559-6370 or 404-761-2177. Anyone who sees him is advised to not approach him and call 911.
