Police investigating fatal shooting in DeKalb

A person was shot and killed in DeKalb County on Friday evening, police confirmed.
The person was shot in the 300 block of Willow Ridge Way, which is near Avondale Estates, DeKalb police Sgt. J.D. Spencer said. The victim was taken to a local hospital before being pronounced dead.
No suspects are in custody. No other details were provided.
